Skip to contentFor greater clarity for our guests and clients, the following terms regarding reservations and payments are defined:
Maximum cancellation time: For flexible rates, cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the arrival date without penalty. For non-refundable rates, no maximum time applies; 100% of the charge will be applied.
No-show penalty: If the guest does not arrive on the reserved date, the hotel reserves the right to release or retain the room at its discretion. In either case, the night not used or the entire stay will be charged based on the acquired rate type.
Early departure: This refers to check-out before the initially reserved date. In this case, it will be at the hotel’s discretion to charge the remaining nights according to the rate paid.
The reserved rate applies to the stay dates, room type per night, and the number of confirmed guests during the reservation process. Changes in room type, number of nights, or additional guests may result in variations in the total amount.
Requests for accommodation and breakfast for an additional person, beyond the number confirmed in the reservation, will incur an additional fee. The request must be made at least 24 hours before arrival via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Check-in time: The hotel will make the room available to the guest at 3:00 p.m. local time, as per the reserved rate.
Check-out time: Guests must vacate the room in perfect condition by 12:00 p.m. local time.
Early check-in: Requests to check in before the standard time must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may incur additional charges.
Late check-out: If a later check-out is needed beyond 12:00 p.m., the guest must notify the hotel the day before for evaluation. Additional charges may apply depending on the rate type.
19% VAT on lodging: VAT exemption applies to tourism services sold in packages to non-resident Colombians and foreign visitors with an entry stamp valid for no more than 90 days, and whose purpose of visit is tourism.
19% VAT: This tax applies to all resident Colombian nationals on all applicable charges.
